a bit overkill for a 911 since they are on a plenum design. Each cylinder would be drawing through both carb throats instead of just one as designed. neat though

the price looks fair, take the carbs, sell the manifold and stick them on your own engine.

I'd buy the carbs and sell the blue piping to a local plumber supply outlet. Blue is the new black. IDR instead of IDA... dare to be different. I don't have an eGay account, so somebody step up and bag 'em. Auction closes in under an hour.

Just yesterday an older guy comes into our shop sporting a '73 Mercedes SL V8... He got tired of the fuel injection, so he ripped it all out and fabbed a manifold out of an old set of exhaust headers, and plopped on a Holley 2 barrell carb
Said he has all of $10 into the conversion, and it runs great!!

I like the plenum thing, if they were for a
big
cc VW motor with big heads. Real high rpm you've got airflow from
both
barrels for whichever cyl is on intake stroke! 10000rpm anyone?
the guy with the 107 Mbz.... hope he didn't throw the Bosch EFI away... that's some pricey stuff that works great if setup and maintained correctly.
