yes Dave I Remember them things you had Two Power Antennas hooked to a switch on the dash  operating the rear Refectors which moved out away from the body with Squiters behind them to Squirt the Girls Walking Behind The Car And The  A** Holes that pulled to Close Behind You...  Kind of a James Bond Thing Dave Added to his Notch

LOL... we weren't that technical... we just swapped the windshield squirters around backwards and plugged one of the holes so the other would shoot up on the sidewalk.  Wink

The Ultmaite Grocery Getter Heres a Picture of my 61 Sleeper that Dave was refering to with the fake pee shooters it sported a 2110 motor with 48's,Fk89 Vertex Maneto,11to1 compression and a bulit trans the exhaust was 1 5/8 merged with a custom made 3 inch turbo muffler that was mounted under the right side head with a tailpipe that exited under the right running board by the jack port the best part about driving this car it was like the Movie Herbie I could get the front wheels in the air without a problem even had a Berg Traction bar and O berg filter  hidden by the VW Mudflaps LOL  also sported an Early Berg Shifter a neal gas pedal and autometer tach mounted low on the dash..

Thanks for the trip down memory lane Shubee!  I remember both cars, but especially the sleeper.  Man, that thing growled!  Wasn't it done about '85?  Ahead of it's time.....

Check the interior on that '67!  Right on!

That ‘67 is so right it hurts. Have you any more photos? Love the colour, seats and the twin quiet packs.

Its just made me realise I’ve painted my car the wrong colour.

Here's a couple of shots of my '70 Beetle (an original sun roof car).  The first is with its early look with Rivera wheels painted to match the body.  Totally 80's So CA look. Cool  The second was a few years later with its new 8-spokes. Grin

I sure like that car.  Late models clean up pretty well without trim and cal look rubber.  Baby tornadoes?
