Hi Dave, first off thanks for PM's on brakes. Sorry, for some reason I cannot reply to PM's on this computer. Not sure what happened.
I'm 5 lug x 205mm, so the KG discs won't work, but thanks for thinking of me.

Yep this is Sheep's motor. Can you believe it's this far? Last weekend was a bad time on it, despite the picture. You can't see my look of disgust.

88 x 74, new case, my old DPR welded crank, stock rods, lightly ported single-port heads, 236 x .427" cam (w/ 1.4's), stock 30mm Solex. 010 Bosch, Crown 6lb alum flywheel, Scat deep sump. Looking for exhaust system that will fit the feel of this motor. Dream muffler would be Abarth 4 tip, or some old period correct glasspack header.
We plan on taking this thing on CA Melee this year if we get the car finished. 356 A rear brakes, orig (not Mangels) 356 wheels, stock otheriwse.

Definitely not your run of the mill engine Wink

The whole package sounds cool... car and all.

I may have an old 70's "mini merge" header / glasspack for you... seems like it was a 4-Tuned.
How 'bout a Zenith if the Solex doesn't work out? I have a spare PO10 Zenith with an EMPI single port intake!
We should talk...

Jim, wasn't this the engine at one point was going to get dual ports and 40P11's?? Whatever happened to those? If you've still got them, I may be interested...

Interesting to see how this combo will run!
