Tim C:
I'm about to have a set of the JayCee tubes put on my engine - all I have heard is good things about them.

Ok. I will try the jaycee tubes if the ones from scat dont work out :)

I used Scat pushrod tubes on 4 engines. On two engines I used them to replace leaky original tubes. The other 2 engines I built from scratch with Scat big mouth spring loaded push rod tubes. I am very happy with them. Just make sure to clean the mating surface perfectly and I mean perfectly. On one engine I used Dow Corning silicone grease to seal them instead of Loctite 574 what I normally use. It worked without any problem what so ever. Again make sure the mating surface is thoroughly clean, align the tubes well and make sure to seat it properly.

Peace Dom
