If you have the camshaft in hand, install it in a shortblock assembly and measure the timing events with a degree wheel and a dial indicator.

Pauter cams are ground by Crower.  The cam should have another set of numbers on the face.  You can usually look them cam up on Crower’s site by those numbers and get a cam card.
