Just got an email from Gregg Bunch of DKP 1 - he was crewing with Ron and Mike at Pheonix at the weekend and he told me the new car got airborne and landed right side up and Ron walked away unharmed.
Is it just me that thinks Ron Fleming could walk on water? Well, saying that, perhaps it'd be better to say he could walk on air! Real VW race cars don't use water!
