For me, that's a little low in the front. I like the same gap between arch and tyre all round.

Ok this seems to be working iv got the engine in minus the awfuly fiitting exhaust that now means iv got cut a perfectly good original valance up

Could be worse Peach - we converted a '67 valance to centre cut out to clear a header, then later changed the header for one that clears an uncut valance, leaving me with a completely redundant centre cut out...
