I reiterate my last post: Did Porsche use tubes? I don't think so. If it's good enough for Porsche, it's good enough for me.

If it is not a two peice wheel or very pitted from corosion, why would you need a tube?

I think you're right Zach. I just had a look at the hole for the stem and it appears to be designed to fit a standard TR-415 valve stem. It's not a long bore like early Fuchs have.
