@J-F
I have an adjustable stock beam,Kieft&Klok dropped spindels and adjustable coil over shocks in the front. In the rear I have lowered the bay a bit more than 1 outer spline.
Riding comfort is really nice...

This is my bus and I feel like it's Cal-Look inspired. It's a 1976 right hand drive double sliding door panel that was assembled in Johannesburg, S.A. It has a type 1 engine from the factory as well as a lot of other weird stuff not found on the U.S. market bays that I've grown up with. I bought it a few years ago ago from the originals owner's son. I lowered it with spindles and put a set of fake gas burners on it. the engine is a balanced 1914 but otherwise stock. I had a friend make up some vinyl graphics inspired by the inch pincher too. I occasionally use it as a parts hauler/mobile advertisement for my shop.

It's been a long time I didn't post anything but I found this cool.
It's a scan I made out of a magazine and the pics was taken during Bug Jam 2000 (UK).
Also, I read with lot's of interest Russel's post about bus and rat look craze in the magazine and the hobby en général. A bus is a lot's to work to properly restore. I'm knee deep in a 76 bay window resto and what a job! I hope to turn it into a Cal look, hopefully this year ( ::) ). Let's see how the hobby will evolve when people will get tired of seeing always the same ratty, rusty full of junk cars that are filling the meeting nowadays.
By the way, a bus like this scream cal look and his a ride I would gladly been seen in ;)
