Surprised he put it on Ebay... I would never try to sell a car via Ebay, I'd much rather deal with the tire kickers on the Samba.

Wow! That is a great deal considering all of the labor, expert know how, parts, and materials in that car.  I hope someone buys it, races it hard and takes good care of it.
