Does anyone know if it is possible to tig weld an IDA, as one of mine has a worn hole where the accelerator pump lever sits in the main body of the carb....
I need to fill this hole up before i can re-drill the hole again,
Or is there any other way this can be achieved...like a pressed in bush etc.

I have circled the part in this rather bad pic...sorry i have know idea why it has come out like this.

Thanks in advance.

Have you considered giving some kind of epoxy a try?!

How about a Timesert?  They show a 3mm kit that might work for you.
