Picked up a DDS or DDS type power pulley last weekend.  It measures:

a.  135mm or 5.3" overall diameter.  What size fan belt is used for this pulley?

b.  44mm or 1.7" diameter sand seal surface.  Is there a modern press in sand seal that can be used for it?

Go to your local Ford dealer and buy a JB332 fan belt.  The OEM to Ford is Gates.  This belt is indestructable!
It is 7/16" wide, 33¼" long.  Your pulley ratio will be slightly above 1:1.

Thanks Bruce. What do you use for sand seal?  Or do you have a non sand seal version.

Power Pulley Belt

For those with a Power Pulley, you will need a smaller belt.

Brand Part Number Size Metric Conversion
EMPI  9120 9.5mm x 850mm
CB Performance 2047 10 x 865mm
Gene Berg GB 445
Gates  7325 13/32" x 33 1/8" 10.3188 x 841.375mm
Gates  7330  13/32" x 33 5/8" 10.3188 x 854.075mm
Gates  7335  13/32" x 34 1/8" 10.3188 x 866.775mm

I have a few of those pullies, and all of them are VW style that screw the oil back in.  I've never had a leak.
