Cam is sold, others still available. Measured the actual spring pressures and they're as follows.
Shawn Geers:
Coil bind 28.5mm
500lbs @ 2.0mm from coil bind
240lbs @ 18.5mm from coil bind
K800:
Coil bind 26.5mm
490lbs @ 2.0mm from coil bind
200lbs @ 18.5mm from coil bind
