Ben, Art and Pep all joined DKP together, the original 3 amigos.
Damon came along with his hot rod a little later.
All 4 drivers/cars raced as well as they looked.  Cool

Yup, and Pep's (Jose) brother Ray was also a VW buff, had a very fast VW race car. Though he was not in DKP, he loved his VW's. I hear he is racing V8's now, but still getting around in a nice VW. Wish Pep was back in the scene. Good guy,  good friend.

Yeah, I remember Ray used to race Pro Stock and then later hooked up nitrous to run in Pro Mod, if memory serves me correctly?
