Help with jetting IDAs for a 1776cc
«

As some of you may have seen in "What did you get in the mail today?", I just got a pair of IDA with missing parts though.
So I was wondering if any of you could help me sort out what jets, emulsion tubes, venturis... I should get knowing that I'd probably build a 1776cc in a while
I have 3x40mm venturis and 1x37mm venturi, 2 F10/70 emulsion tubes.
I need 2 auxiliary venturis, 4 accelerator fuel pumps...
I'll list the parts I need with their references later
Last thing, if you have addresses where I could get the missing parts I'd be more than thankful to you

I can tell you which jetting works good with my 1776cc:
main: 140
air: 120
idle: 70f10 (too big but works. will change to 55 or 60)
emulsion tubes: f11
venturis: 37 (smallest available. I'd like to have 32 or 35, maybe I get some fabricated some day)
check the floats and float levels. I've learned the hard way, that this is REALLY important. :-)
And I would get the third progression holes drilled, if they aren't there already.

Nice one Andi, thanks, but any addresses/links I could get these parts from?
I've had a look on the Berg website and they got pretty much everything I need, but Frank scared me, hope he was just joking!

My old 1776 with a W125, welded 40 x 35.5 044s, 9.3:1, 1 5/8 header used a 135-140 main, 190-200 air, F7 e tubes, 55 idles and 37mm venturis at sea level. I tried some genuine Weber 34mm venturis but it liked the 37s more.

I have run my 1776 with IDA for about 5 years now. Sofar I have tried 37 and 40 venturis and I liked 40 best, I also tried both F7 and F11 etubes and F11 works best for me.
With 37 venturis I run 155-160 main and with 40 160-165. Air was always 200 and idle 60.
Specs are W110, 40*35,5, 9,3:1 15/8. Best ET is 14,49/144 with a slippering clutch in a all steel super, 950 kg

200-250...
I've often seen size 50 for pump valves, is it too small or is 200-250 too big or adapted to a 1776cc engine?
I really don't know what to order
