will these fit onto ball joint dropped spindles and genuine vw calipers??

if they're empi drop spindles, the 4/130 and 5/205 rotors are NOT interchangeable. the caliper mounts are in different locations

i have dropped spindles, and calipers and 4x130 discs (i want wide 5 pattern)
just wondering if the 5x205 discs themselves will be a direct fit??
