In boring news, but quite symbolic. Porsche originally owned a large stake in VW and the Porsche family kept a sharehold symbolically.
Now things have changed.
Volkswagen Group plans to finish their takeover of Porsche this year. So far, VW holds a 49.9% stake in Porsche AG, with the remaining 50.1% for just €3.9 billion. Apparently, the obstacle had been issues with corporate taxes - see I told you it was boring.
