I just wrote to Richard and expressed my satisfaction in him not only delivering a product to me.
He listened to what I needed, came with counter proposal, explained time plans, updated me, had patience with me when I changed my mind, sent me pictures and more.

I am simply a very satisfied Customer and this I think is important to express.
Guys and girls! More of sharing good stories were you feel the service plus the product was good. Then we have less need to complain about the ones who disapoint us.
Then we will automatically sort out more of suppliers who do not deliver both.

This below is what Richard is shipping to me next week.
1 3/4" step up to 2".
I have my own 2" collector on the shelf. Elsewise Richard would have delivered that too, he has very good quality on those too.

I saw the comment on taking some time.
I have bought custom built exhausts three times Richard.
First one took some time but with good reasons.
The other two came to Sweden very quick, in my opinion.
Few weeks from the time he had my money.

As far as i know the type he made for me was a first of, I think it went around 3 months from start to i had it (1 week shipping).
I didn't mind it because i was planning ahead..  Smiley

As a short review, I have been using it for 10000km (vacation in denmark, germany, nederlands, visit to sweden and so on).
Very happy with the system, the sound is great and not that loud, with out the pee shooters it is just the same sound and volume as the csp python, but with the endpipes some of the dark sound goes away and its just about right. Smiley
Mounting the system was by far the easiest yet and its holding up very nice.
Of course the power is better than the BAS version of csp supercompetition i have been using.

Will definitely use Turbo Thomas on my next engine. Wink

2275 type1
94mm AA piston/cylinders.
82 counterweight cheap ass crank.
9.6 comp.
lightened 5.5 CB racing H rods.
Engle FK-8
CB racing lightweight 28mm lifters (oil mods)
Manton straight cromoly pushrods
1.4 cheap ass rockers with special oil squirters
42-37mm selfported heads
45 drla dellorto carbs with mods and welded and ported intakes.
lightened oem flywheel and GB equalizer pulley.
26mm pump, hvx oil mods, deep sump and modified original cooling system.
Exhaust system from Richard Thomas, starts at 37mm, then 42mm to the collector, and 2.5" after.

Around 190-200 hp on 95 unleaded, always running cool and running as low as 0.5 Liter/10 km on long trips, and 0.7 with the caravan.
Planning on changing the FK-8 for a Raptor cam soon just for fun. Smiley

Nothing fancy, just concentrating on all parts that can give turbulence.
