Early November in Germany. It's cold and rainy, just what you need for a day at the racetrack!

The Team of Boxergasse.com invited aircooled racers from all over Germany, even two cars from France and one from Switzerland showed up. Some cars/drivers already raced back in the german Käfer-Cup. It was a very laid back atmosphere, I met old friends and new (to me) people. There was a wide variety of engine concepts, Type 1, Type 4, Turbo, OHC, Carbs, EFI, even a Kugelfischer injected engine.

Thanks to Team Boxergasse.com for the organisation!

No racing, it's been just a Test'n'tune day.

A friend of mine makes them. PM me if you're interested.

Yes, this car is a real survivor. Walter Zwahlen from Switzerland is racing this car for thirty years this season! 2,4l Type4, Kugelfischer injection, 915 box.The body is a '53 Oval...

Kugelfischer!!  Cool

For the 2013 season, there is an upgrade for Walter Zwahlens race car.

JPS Slidevalve and modified Kugelfischer injection.

Have a look:
