Ah....the simple grilled cheese sandwhich!  Nice link, Louis.  Cool  My grilled cheese "moment" was a couple years ago at a place called The Girl & The Fig in downtown Sonoma.  They serve a lot of artisnal (read ranch fresh) foods and the grilled cheese sandwhich had three different cheeses melted onto some thick-sliced homemade sourdough...served up with a bottle of Culler Napa Valley Syrah;  HOT DAMN!!   http://www.thegirlandthefig.com/html-sonoma/menu-daily.html

why do think vegetables are bright red, green and yellow.  These are natures colours for danger don't touch.  So i don't.
