Are those fresh springs?
How close to coil bind are they set up to?
42 valves on old springs can be heavy and float easily

Are you serious?

With a A/F near 17 at WOT either your jetting is close to sh.... or you got misfiring at its best.

So before you solve this, timing is the minor problem
