Could someone please help me. I have a SPG roller that needs machined main bearings. I still have the previous bearing near the flywheel, but what about the rest, what kind of machining is recuired. Pictures please  |

I have a complete set of such machined bearings to show you, BUT...I am puter dysfunctional on loading and sending. If I can dig them out of my "Old School box", perhaps I can find someone to scan them for you. Best/Dyno

That's great. I hope you can give me some pics or a detailed instruction. I guess the grooves should be rather small so i don't loose oil pressure.

Hope someone can show you some photos. As I recall, it is not that difficult and can be done with basic hand tools (files).

I have his book, but the pictures arn't good enough. At least not good enough description for me to modify the bearings. I'm going to read it again right now. |

Since you have a set, please give some info about the grooves. There is absolutely no help without pictures or any description at all. How should I modify my bearings based on your information? |

Its all cool I am "Hoping" they arrive here in norway BEFORE I leave for volksworld show...... I am delivering it all to Ian Clarke who is building my Engine, I will Probably leave sometime around 25/26/27th March I am just waiting on the container to arrive, then I will pick it all up from my friend Svein at Northstar Trading...... I will keep you posted |
