  Saw this oval at The Texas VW Classic. Really liked the color. I think the owner was from Mexico. This show has a lot of people come to it from mexico.

The red engine parts are not my thing but that's just me.

  i did not like the red engine parts either which I meant to say in the post. I also did not like the chrome cover on the alternator wires. I did run one of those om my '67 back in the late '80,s and early '90,s. Have not seen one for a long time.
