Modified Autolinea case.
Start with no stud fixings and machine / weld it for a larger bore.
I have a 101.6mm case done this way.

The hotVWs article said mag case. Geers probably did the old Super Street cylinders where the case is bored to piston size and the cylinder sits on the case deck without protruding into tyhe case. It is kept in location by dowel pins. I believe JayCee was the first to do this to get a piston larger than 94 within the type 1 head stud pattern required by PRA S/S rules.

I think this is easiest way to do. Bit steel require good machine shop
