Painted headlight bezels are nice no doubt about that, I think the discusion is at painted AND crome bumpers. And I like it...

hey i hear you and i agree with you. on my fastback i have been thinking a long time to have the brezels painted, but with the different shape of the nose i didn't do it (yet). but just look at brinton's car...

it looks so good

from my magazine , frenchy website , and from the net research  Grin and some other guys who send me pictures  Cheesy
hope you like , here in the lounge we love the 70's cal look and i want to share my pictures , a lot of people don't have the old magazine and that's what i scan  my mag to share with you
I already had comments on my blog saying that I knew only scan my magazines, but while waiting for people who do not have them appreciate

Steve Angelo Had That Green 65 Sedan he later had empi 5 Spokes on it Steve Was A Good Friend Of Frenchys he was also in DVB but Left And went to DSK, Steves Car Was A Very Fast Street Car his Best Time was 11:80 thew the Mufflers with Slicks (back in the early 80's) He Hung Out at Steve Tims Shop  and They were alway trying different things to make it go a little Faster his License Plate said IL RACE Which is something Steve loved doing.  The Motor That Was in The Car at the time this picture was Taken was A 1700 out of his Wifes car it was still in the 14:00's  not bad for the old ladies car  Grin Grin Grin He had Broke his Motor the Week before Bug In.  Sad Sad Sad

the two Cars were in Volksworld LOL the Problem was Hector was the one taking the pictures  and sent them in so you can see who chose the pictures that were sent to Volksworld MAG. (HECTOR) LOL like the Volksworld Article Says I Sold Hector his BRM's they were one of Many Set's  I have Owned..

Did you Notice the Wheelie Bars on Terry Shepards Chop Top  they Drop Straight Down from the Body it keeps the front end down  but can unload the rear end,  Terry and Roger Crawford Are Good Friends  if I remember right Steve Sims that use to work at Berg use to Own The Chop Top when it was in DZK  and was all Steel then Terry Got It and Ran with DRF and turned it in to a Race Car One Piece Front End, Glass Deck Lid,Spindle Mount front wheels Ect.

Here Is Another DVB Car  it's my Old 69 Cal Look Car was Painted Savana Beige with Gold Pearl, Full Dechromed Body,Body Color Headlight Rings, One Piece Dash with VDO gauges,Hurst shifter,Formuling France steering wheel,Empi 8 Spokes,T Bar's with Lucas Lights, 1700 Motor with 42 Dcnf Berg Specials and 4 Tuned Qp Exhaust System.  THE GOOD OLD DAYS  when it did not cost an arm and leg to Build a nice Cal Look

i like this one  when i saw this picture in 96 i would like to buil the same car , love the stance and the color maybe , butternut , or bahamas yellow Huh but that car rules  Cool with torq trust she would be awesome
and the drf was very active on  the dragstrip of ocir and roger crawford  ran with the bad company , who don't know that dragcar??? where's she now??

Did You Notice The BRM's? car is Sepia Brown with Darker Brown BRM's alot of the Old Cars Painted the Spokes  a Contrasting Color Back In The Day
