A brilliant man with a hot head but was always very gracious and one heck of a racer. It was nice to see him a couple of years ago at the Schleys museum and we shared some very funny bug in moments together. My thoughts to his family and business associates. Dyno Don

Very sad day hard to believe John has past away. I am fortunate i had the chance to talk to him a few time last year talking about the good old days. RIP John

John will be missed by all of us who raced with him. My thoughts are with his family, a great loss to all in the vw community.
