With expensive hubcaps! FACT. Cheap, they are not. But those wheels look great with or without them.

Hi Richard Alex has an 'illness' where 67's are concerned -he still has more at the workshop to be done.. but to clarify; - Volksworld Cover -May- " Street Racer" - is a Savannah Beige car that Alex imported many years ago. Refurbished and sold to Gary Richards - Volksworld Cover -June- ..another one of Alexs builds, a great feature, but not for this thread - The Porsche Olive 67 (RHD) was completed just in time for the VolksWorld show a few weeks ago (so has not been seen /featured anywhere) - Alexs Black 67 sunroof (' Black Bitch') is in his garage and seen on dry days, regards Steve

Hi Steve Thanks for clarifying...I knew about the addiction but didn't realsise how bad it was. I met someone last week with a German (not NZ CKD from Australian kit) RHD '67 here with factory uplight headlights and US Towel Rails (again we had different towel rails here)....not seen it yet...but don't tell Alex...

It is a two stage Dupont Ruby Red. Car was originally Ruby Red also. Have had the car since 1976. Repaint in 2003. Did not get the car rolling again till 2008. It was featured in the Jan. 2009 issue of Hot Vw,s

Lovely car, it was Neil Mabbley's bug - he sold it a few years ago, but pulled the 1955cc motor first, added a turbo and put it in a nice late looker that he's currently redoing, and runs Retro Performance with his pal Rich in the Midlands UK. Great couple of guys both with nice & fast cars.

Cheers! Stock motor at the moment but pretty sure I can solve that.. You've had more seat time than me then, I've not actually driven it yet..
