They are used on off road cars. I am almost certain they are still made. They also came in bead lock models. Look at any hotVWs featured stadium racer, serious baja, rock crawler or trophy truck and they use those wheels. I almost bought that exact same wheel at Vegas last weekend. I passed it up, and Jimmy got it. They were made for offroad. A clone is still made, but I hear the quality isnt the same.

the Ultra wheel is only available in 3,5 or 4 (don't remember) and 7. Really nice off-road wheel!

ultra wheels are no longer made.
they came in 3.5" centered offset and 7" with about 3" of back space
i am actually looking for a pair of the 3.5" if anyone has extras
