Custom Metal Spinning - Can't get in contact

Been trying to contact them for the past couple of weeks but have not got a response. Have paid money for a rim but have heard nothing? Does anybody know the reason for this?

I called them two days ago and they answered the phone. They took the time to answer all of my questions.
