Wheel identification

I have 2 pairs of wheels that I have owned for some time however never really known the make of them.

One pair are really lightweight and look similar to Cal Parts wheels but there are no identification marks on the rears.

The other pair appear similar but have a steel rim with an alloy lip and the centres are riveted onto the rims.
