It's funny you should bring this up... I gave my son an old digital camera I had last week so he's been taking pictures most of the weekend. I showed him some of the stuff in Photoshop elements and he went to town on some of the effects.

I haven't pushed as far as you guys but here's some of the fun stuff I've done.

Rick, those are cool pics! My older son (16yrs.) has been taking PhotoShop and video editing classes in high school for a couple of years. It's great 'cause he's taught me all of the shortcut keys instead of operating the software the old way. I can actually edit a video now, too. An old dawg CAN learn new stuff.

Carlos, is the cape making a cameo appearance, this weekend? Or will this be a strictly selective basis thingie? Sorry, couldn't resist.

Have no idea who that is. I'm quoting an old skit from In Livin' Color (Wayans Bros. Fox t.v. show).

Thanks for the compliment, Rick.  I majored in art many years ago and never did anything with it, so I'm enjoying both the camera and the creativity of the photo shop.  Here's a couple more...
