It's a Nash Metropolitan. They were built from the mid 50s to the early 60s. They had Austin A40 or A50 motors in them. This is what it looked like originally;

Anyone got a pic of the Citroen 2CV with Maserati SM motor. Bright red color. Featured back page of Road & Track magazine, maybe late 70's? It's gotta be the ultimate "Killer Duck". Web search found a truckette bodied 355 Ferrari, close but not as outrageous.
