Now i have to drill this baby, is there a way to drill, seal and inject with Helium? So i can loose those pesky springs/hinges ?

Hey Harry what are you using for the holes?A regular drill or a stepdrill?
I am thinking of using a punch that makes 35 mm holes.

I'm messing with  step drills, wish i could punch some parts for looks and STRENGTH.
(But hey it's a street car... But that's a cheap excuse,. Once the KG is done i would
like to raise the bar on the Bug, maybe we can talk someday and you can widen my horizon. One
can have not too many holes and Skulls in it's car Grin)

After years of pushing this descision, i did it... It will change my life. 2.5 TDI. Have to make a complete
back interiour which is fun to do. Except for ripping out the old shit and powerwash the rear.
BTW, i will loose all that Tupperware Crap... Now a trailer?

Back to work on GrauZone.

Just shitty stuff. The fender "holder/skeletons" are thin like paper (damn repro stuff). It was a bitch (bending)
to sand and paint them. The powdercoater didn't want to  blast them.

Paint for all fenders, decklid and apron is perfect. BUT this **** used black primer. Instead of redoing
the whole thing $$$,  i will have 2 decals for the doors made.
