The shocks are Bugpack lowered (short) shocks.

I can maybe check and see if there's a part number if that's any help  Huh

Hi,

Sorry for late reply but have been working silly hours this week and I haven't had a chance to get to the post office. Therefore I don't have any estimates for shipping the decklid. Can anybody help out/advise regarding shipping a decklid from UK to California, or UK to Holland?

Regarding the Bugpack shocks: I think they are oil, and they are medium (as they are not soft, and not hard). They've had very little use and were on my 67 bug for about two years (less than 2500 miles).

I've only had one contact regarding the Erco's - are they overpriced?  Huh

What about the Haneline trims? When was the last time you saw these on a car? Other than Keith Goss/Keith Seume's old chop-top  Cheesy

Same for the Formuling France? It took me years to find this wheel Smiley

The NSU's have a wicked offset (40+mm) and look tough on a ghia or bug  Grin

The harnesses are sold (subject to collection tomorrow), and would consider offers on all other items.

Thanks again - and my apologies again to those waiting on shipping quotes

The Deck-lid isn't completely sold (is pending regarding shipping quotes). If the other party rules themselves out then it'll be available again Smiley

Hi Leec,

You're right - I just checked some prices.

VW Speedshop are charging approx £190 (inc VAT) for each wheel (so approx £760 for a set of four) plus £50+ for washers, nuts & threaded inserts.

So what's your best offer Smiley

Cheers,

Mike

I pm'd you my offer a while ago.

Can you confirm if they are race or street weight?

Hi,

The measurement at the "hub" centre hole (for both front and one rear) - where the two pieces of the wheel sandwich together - is 7mm.

I always believed the wheels were street-weight as they were on a normal weight street-car - but maybe another forum member can confirm?

Leec: Yes, I did get your offer (thank you), I'll PM you back.

Thank you,

Mike
