Just wondering where everyone is mounting their oil filters. With the current set up just hits the body . Thinking of moving it to the bumper brackets or ....

Thanks for the input.

Guys....watch those block style 90deg fittings....they're tough on the oil flow.  Bent tube 90's are ideal.   Wink

Good point regarding the 90º fitting and flow.

Chris, your engine looks AWESOME! Good job.

Personally, I've always preferred the oil filter to be in the vertical position for servicing ease. Hope that you find a suitable location that works well for you.

I use JayCee billet oil filter mont. I use the mounting holes for the bumper. That have worked perfect for me all years and it's easy to get the filter lose if you have to change it or clean it.

What's wrong with them Huh No leaks, most safe stuff you can use and safe for heat so I can't see anything wrong with them, And no they are not for plumbing they are hydraulics  Tongue

Thanks for all the ideas!

I am not running a traction bar yet...so I think I will give the bumper brackets a try.
