Hey guys,
i know it might sound strange,
but recently i was thinking of replacing the front fenders to other ones, because they are badly dented
and i saw a pic of a japanese 51? with new style fenders..
does anybody know this car or has a pic?
I think it could look cool on my 64....

I ran 67 front fenders, rear decklid, apron and tail lights on an Oval in the 70's

You used to see this sort of thing once in a while.

It was featured in March 2007 of Ultra VW.

Here is what I have found so far... Unfortunately it doesn't show the front Undecided

That "look a like" is what the split use to be. Its a 74 owned by the same guy in Japan. The 74 body was rotting away underneath. His decision was to replace the 74 body with that of a 51, so the 51 with the 67 front fenders is on a 74 pan. Confusing eh??
