The yellow flag was at the 1972 Bug-In
. The roof of John's car can be seen at the right in the second shot. Craig Foster owned the yellow squareback.
Also in the second photo I do believe that Mike (Lar Lar) Larson is in the foreground. Possibly he is looking for "Pleasure" and a trip to the DKP Club House on Chestnut St. in Anaheim. Sorry, that is an inside joke. You would have had to have been there in the day. ::)Don't recognize anyone else.

You may think the pictures are awesome, but the memories for us that lived it far exceed the term "awesome"

After looking at the second pic a while, I'm pretty sure that's Jim Holmes at the bottom of the middle flag pole (white t-shirt).

I picked up new eyes (glasses) on Friday and am still adjusting to them. James, I believe you are correct !!

You're quite welcome. My name's Mark and I used to manage the Long Beach store in the early '80s up until we closed it down in April of '84. Again, good seeing you both on here.

Welcome Lynn & TK!
The Lounge is a cool place to hang out... hope you enjoy it here.
Back in the 70's, I used to frequent your Long Beach store... Bought my first S&S header and Porsche chromies there
Oh yeah, I knew the guy who rode his Harley through the glass window between AH and the bar next door... he had a few too many

For some of you that are not aware this is Lynn Rosevear of Auto Haus fame. Lately I've spent a considerable amount of phone time and tried to encourage the "old guy" to get on line. He doesn't do computers (most people that old don't know what electricity is), but Tammy does.
Anyway, I'm glad the Rosevears are on board and hope they will add stories in future. Speaking of "future stories", I'm working on one now and hope to have it on line soon. I think you old timers will remember and the young kids will find it informative.......

I had no idea Lynn could read??
Seriously, I'm glad he is getting involved as I know there are many out there that want to hear stories of those days. Also, I think he will get much from it. I know that I sure have since I've been on line.
