I was at the SCC stand most of the time I can´t really remember much ET´s but we had a wonderful time the whole weekend! Pictures to come...

BIG thanks to Tomi, Jaakko and Jussi for taking care of us at our visit to Finland and VW Open. 
Thanks to Tomasz for picking me up at the airport, and to Jyrki for the ride at friday.

We had a great time at VW Open on Saturday and at Urhon Ajot on Sunday. And in between...lots of food and drinks together with our Finnish friends   

I hope for next year that more of you loungers take this trip to Finland. It`s worth it!!
And I hope to see many of our Finnish friends at SCC this year

No - actually hole in 4th   But the guy was still smiling and happy that he managed a trip down the strip. That is Finnish SISU for everyone!

KITOS to everyone for making this weekend one of the best VWweekends ever!

- Tomi and Jakko, you make it hard for me to leave Finland. Truly amazing that you take time off to take care of a bunch of visitors and always with a smile.
- Kotten, congrats!! It was a special moment to see you and your Hitler Revenge on the strip again. Better looking than ever before! I can`t wait to see it running down the SCC strip in August.
- Jussi and Pekka, thanks for allowing us to drive down the strip with the bus and thank you for the fastest T2 award. Thank you also for yet another great event and I hope to see you both at SCC.
- Heikki, it was good to finally meet you and to see you go down the strip again in a safe way. Congrats with the new car and the fastest aircooled award. Surely you will go a lot faster in the future.
- Slugs... I`m out of words... You guys make sure everyone is having a blast. Always a warm BBQ ready, always a cold beer in the hand and always a laugh in reserve. Only thing missing is a car or two down the strip but I`m sure you will them ready before SCC
- Aleksi.. your not a gracious sprinter but you know how to make man laugh. Thanks! The CD is a classic.
- DWL boys; great meeting all of you! I hope you did well at Urhon Ajot and won the race.
- Jyrki, thanks for the talk. See you at SCC.
- Arto, SORRY!! It started to rain so heavily and the guys wanting to leave just before you arrived. I hope you will make it to SCC.

Hah, I had to register for this one. Yep, I´m the smiling guy. I took the 3-4 side apart yesterday and it´s no biggie. Just a "little" leak. Jussi will fix the damaged head in no time.
I´ll be back on track in a few weeks and hopefully make the car run properly so I can get some licenseplates on it.

Allways nice to meet new people, especially from norway! Thans for the talk.

Great car and great engine. It will be really interesting to see how far you will manage to push your car. You say you will get some licence plates on it, do you think you have to put a muffler on it to get it licenced?

Thank you Kalle for your kind words.  What do you think abaut the muffler issue? I myself thought the sound was quite easy on the ears, but all the birds seem to have disappeared from our garage. Some were found dead under the trees after breaking-in the camshaft. 

Just kidding, I will make it bark just nice and quiet.

Slugs are coming to the SCC and Kalle, we are bringing those two missing cars also to the racetrack! Valtteri at least should, because of his bet with Kotten...
