"Over 100 hours of CNC / government approved training for every machinist"  Shocked That is nothing to brag about

2 1/2 weeks of training and they set em loose on the machines? Shocked I had more that 400 class and shop (http://www.trainingcenters.org/index.php) hours before a shop would even let me load a machine and 945 total hours before they set me loose programming.
