but i had a hankering for another bug, so having found this a few months ago I finally made the 4 hr drive to see it with deposit in hand, deal done and im awaiting delivery sat

plans are a fresh mot, headliner and seat retrim and then enjoy  Cool

cheers for the positive comments guys, i really cant take credit for the stance, the last owner spent ages getting it just right

front seats are a bit worn, thinking of putting in some classic buckets with 4 point harness, as its a 61 and has no belts or mount for belts, something like these will fit in with the nostalga sceme to the car

something like these, the back seat wont be used unless we all go out as a family, but if we do we would prob take the westy, so may even junk the rear seat completely, and make do with just the fronts

great car, better change the airfilters, the right one is allready squeezed , cause they don't let enough air trough, probably motorcycle filters.
Sorry if I'm wrong.
Cheers

Not much Steve, bought a roll cage, pics to follow, not installed yet

My 79 westy is the priority atm, going in for a full repaint. So building up parts etc for the bug, as it will get them all fitted and get it motd etc once the westy is done
