i am looking for a box off nuts that fit twopiece empi eightspokes or fivespokes.

they seem to have a english tread and not metric ( Roll Eyes) and the good news is these are the exact same nuts as skateboardtrucks have for the kingpins.
a 14mm wrench fits, but the hole is 10mm.

I just bought some last week from the local hardware store. Grade 8, 3/8" x 24 thread, locking. And I don't think the wheels came with them originally, but I got washers, too.

What should they be torqued to??

i guess those are the ones. kingpin nuts aren't that high, but they seem to work as i had similar ones on my wheels. but it seems a bit hard to get those here in Europe... i had a guy from Berner coming over to the house to see if he got that and he didn't. but it looks like i am good on the nuts, if someone has a lead on some in Belgium to get them within a week that could help as well.

If there's a Fabory store near you, you can get them there. They'll probably have to order them, but you should get them in a week. 3/8" UNF nuts.
