My new 2332 is so happy running engine and doesn't want to stop from ignition switch at all. Cutting off with a two pin main switch is not good for alternator, so I have now the FIA approved with 4 other pins. Before I'll do anything serious, please advise me and tell how to make wiring and connections right with MSD 6 AL.

I have done the MSD wiring like the picture above and I supposed to do the main switch wiring like it is shown under - sorry for the poor quality of the pic.

It will not stop (if you wired after msd's direction because it's connected directly to the battery with +/-

You could run one of those wires through a cut of switch.

You need to install a diode on the alternator field(idiot light) wire. MSD has instructions for this.

I was told with a PM that ignition light gives a route for MSD to get a current and I'll test that.
BTW, which way do I connect the diode if I connect it on the signal cable of alternator - going to alternator or coming from?

You cannot put the diode on signal cable. The current must flow in both directions.
