A question for you:
What's the quickest N/A 1776cc powered bug you know of whether in street or race trim?
I had a chat with Pete Shattock who recently went 12.5 with his 1961 road car. he's now beaten Ian Clarkes time with the same engine and he needs new numbers to chase and as i'm also a small engine fan I said i'd ask the question
Maximum respect for this car that he drove to the track, raced all weekend then drove home
