My wife and I have been taking about going to the European Bug- In next year 2009 in Belgium. The last time I was there was in 1958 it sure will be challenging. I was also taking with Ron Fleming and Rich Kimball which both of them told me my wife and I have to do this trip once. So for now I will have to get my passport or become US citizen. Other than the Bug-In what other events will there be to attend the week before . What is the date in July for 2009 Bug-In. Can't wait to see all of DAS Cal Looker .

   Thanks

Salut Frenchy.

We organize a 'belgian week' each summer. I still don't know when it will take place this year, but I suppose we'll have a better idea when all events dates are confirmed
(btw EBI2 is planned on 4-5-6 july).
There's normally an open day & BBQ at Pat's, an open day at BBT & Steve's VW Shop, a cruise night, an offroad day, and plenty of other things to do.
Be sure you don't miss it.

Have also a look at Tero's excellent site for an idea of what to expect (http://www.terovirta.com/volks/Frame.html).

Last year was a really special one having Bad Camberg meeting week before EBI:

Seeing BBT collection, PAT's Open Day and DAS Cruise Night were great too!
