I have now done some inspection on my engine parts and it is not good

Valve float/bounce has damaged 1 lifter and there is small metal parts from lifter all over the engine

The needed parts list so far:
Cam and lifter set
New valveseat job and valve guides
Better valve spring than last time
Cyl
Piston rings
Oil pump
All bearing
Oil and a good clean up  Wink

And a new crank there is a little crack in it  Sad

So here we go again

I though you are using JPM pushrod?  valve still float with that?

Berg push rod 80g only 8g more than JPM un cut
My spring pressure is/was 190 500 and that was to much for alu pushrod in my head
JPM has only test run them on dyno with around 450

My valve spring has lost some pressure that causes valve float/bounce

I have been in weekly contact with Johannes and he is trying to help me out of this nothing bad to say about Johannes

Not a lot going on in this project I have just got these rod from udo and ordered another dpr crank this time 80mm
My plan this time is less power full engine less comp and cc = hopefully longer live on parts
But for now I spend my time on another (callook projekt)  :-)
