I have seen a Beetle I like on thesamba.com and am in early conversations/email regarding the car with the seller.

I have seen on here people's recomendations on shipping companies when in California but has anyone got any advice and suggestions on how to ship a car from Texas to the United Kingdom

Thanks in advance,
Lee

I recently shipped a van out of El Paso . I used Rinkens in CA , same as always . But they organised to truck it to Houston and ship it from there . worked out cheaper than from CA and only took 22 days .

Kingstown  will ship from anywhere. They can arrange collection from anywhere. They picked up my Beetle from Michigan (I think!) and had it trucked to NY for about $250.00... Painless and good value.

Yes Kingstown shipping, they have agents all over the US, when in texas they use folks in Houston, and I have used them and no worries there, they were the ones that shipped tar babe back when I got it in the first place.

They were http://www.horizonautoshipping.com/ however book it via Kingstown so they have all the dealings, far easier.

I've sold a couple vehicles to people in Europe and they both used Rinkens with good results.
