Qualifying cancelled due to rainy weather tonight, from what I've seen and gathered.  Hope it dries out for tomorrow!

Fleming and Hunsaker were on a roll at Sacramento. Not only did Ron get his first 9, he also won the Super Street! Ron ran 9.98 and 9.96 and the best 60ft times to date. Ron beat Roger in the final. After the race. Ron cut off his pony tail on the starting line, (remember when Don Garlits shaved his beard when he ran his first 6!). Another huge moment was when Lauffer raced Calabrese in the second round of qualifying. Lauffer ran 8.29 to Calabrese's 8.49, for the quickest side-by-side VW Bug race ever! Awesome race, great weather.... finally.

The air in the morning was 400ft below sea level in the morning, but move up around 700-800 ft above for some super air... Tail wind also.

Congratulations dad! The most expensive haircut in the world, but worth every penny! Cheesy Cool Cool

And congrats, too, to Jo Clifford for a new PB – 11.69 @ 114mph. Cool Cool
