I'm about to have a giant clear out of stuff and have countless T-shirts going back to the 1980s from US VW events, US VW drag race teams etc, some of which I have never worn. I'll not wear them again, either, but I seem to end up carrying them from house to new house. Most are size "S" (US size, that is...). I must have 100 or more of the things. I won't part with any club T-shirts, but the rest are available. Is there a market for them? If so, I'll try to list them. Gulp. That's a daunting task! Shocked

I may also sell my Bug-In posters as I never put them up anywhere and they just sit in a folder. We'll see...

OK, to keep things fair, I have now started a thread in the for sale section. So far only found 44 shirts worth selling. Some I'm keeping, such as early Kawell Racing shirts as they have sentimental value... Over to you guys!

I used to have a lot of shirts but they all end up being grease rags so I stopped buying them.

Hey Keith,

I'd be very interested if you want to sell the Bug-in posters, they'd look great framed on the workshop wall!

Thanks,
tom.

It's almost a year later... why not?

Found a bag full of my old shirts from the early '80s and found these...

Wish that I could locate the rest of my Bug-In shirts, but I have #29.

One of the many Auto Haus ones that I still have. Since those were our uniforms when we worked there,
many of us ended up getting just about every style (long/short sleeve, golf shirt, jackets) and color that they offered.

An old Bugs For You shirt from 1983, when Rich Kimball opened the shop.

My old Bill & Steve's shirt from when they were at the old location when they were closer to my house.
I remember back when they both worked for Downey Volkswagen, before they started their shop.

I have a few more... those are the only ones that I took pics of. Too bad that they're too small for me to wear, now.
I was a size Adult Small back then and now wear an Adult Large.

Guys,
I'm looking for pics about old original Auto-Haus tee-shirts (and not repro).
So if you have that in your pics albums or in your diplays, please don't hesitate to send your pics in MP or to post them for the community !
Thanks a lot  Wink
