I used Berg's 80,000 psi 3/8 chromoly pushrods on my daily driver with an FK45 for over 50,000 miles with no problems.  I've never personally used the Scat's, but I wouldn't be at all concerned.

I ran Scats once. The ball tips wore away in about 6 days. Valve adjust kept going away (Noisy) and I pulled rockers to inspect skuffer pads and lashcaps. I found the ball tips on pushords were worn sharp. I was very displeased.

I have Berg black chromos in my car now, almost 10K miles on them this month.

These are Mantons that Scat just resales,

To answer the question, what springs are you going to run? I would use the thicker .058 myself but I think the ones you have will be fine

the Scats that failed were from 1997. Scat admitted that the ends missed the heat treat...  Roll Eyes

I just ordered the Berg 80,000s to use on my FK-45. I've had great success with them in the past.
