Backhalf it with ladderbars and coilovers or drop the body over a real tube race chassis.... ::)

I think it is quite obvious that your rear end is a bit on the soft side. It is not easy to get any grip when it so saggy. And I`m talking about your car;

How much hp are you playing with? some 28mm torsion bars, adjustable spring plates, QA-1 shocks and limit straps will fix ya right up. If you want a quick fix, throw some bus snubbers on there...that should help out a bit and rather cheap.

It is too low to begin with... for good traction off the line, isn't it best to have a touch of positive camber when static?
